Gwinnett Center for Specialty Medicine I

Diagnostic Ventures collaborated with its physician partners to create a very efficient yet patient friendly MOB in the shadow of Gwinnett Medical Center. The selection of a highly visible site offering excellent access both to the hospital and Georgia Highway 316. Careful planning and competitive lease terms/conditions resulted in 100% occupancy at the time of opening. Though the objective was to hold the building on a long term basis, a determined buyer made an offer the physician partners and Diagnostic Ventures could not refuse. The building now is owned by others.
