While Diagnostic Ventures was not the developer that transformed a partially leased mid-rise office building into Peachtree Dunwody Medical Center, a.k.a the Gucci Building, Bert Hunecke played an active role in the very successful redevelopment. It was a case of altering the use (from office to medical office) to suit the location. The building has been home to scores of practices and an impressive number of ambulatory surgery centers.
